Recurring cleaning is the service that makes the rest of them unnecessary. Once a home has been brought up to standard, keeping it there is a matter of steady, unglamorous consistency — the same checklist, worked the same way, on a schedule you can plan around.
Most Chicago-area households land on every other week. Larger homes, families with young kids and homes with shedding pets often prefer weekly; smaller condos and couples who travel frequently often do fine monthly. We will recommend a cadence when we quote, and you can change it later.

This is the working checklist. We confirm it with you at the quote stage and adjust it to your space before the first visit.
Every visit
- Kitchen counters, sink, backsplash and appliance exteriors
- All bathrooms cleaned and sanitized
- Full dusting of surfaces, shelves and decor
- Mirrors and interior glass
- Beds made and living areas straightened
- All floors vacuumed; hard floors mopped
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
- Light switches, handles and high-touch surfaces wiped
Scheduling that works around you
- Weekly, every other week, or monthly
- A consistent day and time window where the route allows
- Access by key, lockbox, door code or in person — your call
- Extra visits before holidays and events on request
- Add a deep clean once or twice a year to reset the baseline

Scope agreed before we start
The value of a recurring service is that nobody has to re-explain anything. We agree the checklist once, write down the details that matter to you — the pet who hides, the room to leave alone, the floor finish that needs a specific product — and work to it every visit.
Have product preferences — unscented, something specific for a stone or wood finish, or something you would rather we never used? Note it in your quote request and we will go through it with you rather than guess.

Price depends on the size of the space, its current condition and how often you want us. We do not publish rates we have not measured against your space — tell us about it and we will give you a real number.

How often should I schedule cleanings?
Every other week suits most homes. Weekly makes sense for larger households, pets or heavy use; monthly works for smaller, lightly used spaces. Tell us about your home and we will recommend a cadence rather than upsell you one.
Do I get the same schedule every time?
That is the goal — a consistent day and time window wherever the route allows. If we ever need to move a visit, you will hear from us in advance, not after.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Vacations, travel and busy weeks happen. Let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else and get you back on the next one.
Do I need a deep clean before starting a schedule?
Often, yes — a first deep clean sets a baseline that routine visits can hold. If the home is already in good condition, we will say so and start you on standard visits.
Is recurring cleaning cheaper than one-time cleaning?
Per visit, usually — a maintained home takes less time than one that has been left. Quotes are free, and we will show you what each cadence costs so you can pick with the numbers in front of you.
