Apartments and condos are not just smaller houses. Space is tight, storage is vertical, kitchens and baths are compact, and the building itself has opinions — service elevators, loading docks, guest parking, quiet hours and a front desk that needs to know who we are.
Chicagoland has every version of this: downtown high-rises, vintage courtyard buildings, three-flats and walk-ups on the North Side, and newer suburban condo and townhome developments. We clean all of them, and we handle the building logistics so you are not fielding calls from management.

This is the working checklist. We confirm it with you at the quote stage and adjust it to your space before the first visit.
Kitchen & living space
- Counters, sink, backsplash and appliance exteriors
- Inside the microwave; cabinet fronts wiped

- Full dusting including shelving, media units and decor

- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout

- Toilet cleaned and sanitized inside and out

- Floors mopped into corners and along the tub line

- Balcony and patio sweep where accessible

- Access by door code, front desk, key or lockbox

How we approach it
Scope agreed before we start
Tell us about your building when you request a quote — whether there is a service elevator to reserve, a certificate of insurance to file with management, a front desk to clear us through, or hours we need to work inside. Sorting it in advance is the difference between a smooth visit and a wasted trip.
Have product preferences — unscented, something specific for a stone or wood finish, or something you would rather we never used? Note it in your quote request and we will go through it with you rather than guess.

Quotes are free and specific
Price depends on the size of the space, its current condition and how often you want us. We do not publish rates we have not measured against your space — tell us about it and we will give you a real number.

Do you clean high-rise condos downtown?
Yes. Downtown towers, River North, the South Loop and the lakefront buildings are all part of our regular Chicago service area, along with suburban condo and townhome developments.
My building requires paperwork for vendors. Can you handle that?
Tell us what your management company needs and who to send it to when you request your quote, and we will work through their process before the first visit rather than on the day.
Can you get in if I am at work?
Yes — door code, front-desk key, lockbox or a key left with a neighbor all work. Set it up with us when you book so the arrangement is agreed in advance.
Do you clean balconies?
We sweep and tidy balconies and patios where they are safely accessible. Exterior window washing above ground level is not something we take on.
Is a studio cheaper than a two-bedroom?
Generally yes — quotes scale with the space, the number of bathrooms and the condition. Send the quote form with your unit details and we will price it exactly.
