What move-in / move-out covers
An empty home is the only time everything is reachable — inside every cabinet and drawer, the backs of closets, behind appliances, the corners of a room with no furniture in it. A move-out clean uses that access, and it is what stands between a lot of Chicago renters and their security deposit.
The move-in version is the same work in the other direction: taking a place someone else lived in and making it yours before your furniture goes down. Book it for the gap between closing and the moving truck if you can — it is far easier on an empty floor.

How we approach it
Scope agreed before we start
Scheduling is the part people underestimate. Tell us your closing date, lease end or truck day when you request a quote and we will work backward from it. If the unit still has furniture in it, mention that too — it changes both the time and the price.
Have product preferences — unscented, something specific for a stone or wood finish, or something you would rather we never used? Note it in your quote request and we will go through it with you rather than guess.

Price depends on the size of the space, its current condition and how often you want us. We do not publish rates we have not measured against your space — tell us about it and we will give you a real number.

Does the home need to be empty?
Empty is ideal and gives the best result, because everything is reachable. We can work around remaining furniture and boxes, but tell us in advance — it affects how long it takes and which areas we can actually reach.
Will this satisfy my landlord or property manager?
We clean to the standard a turnover requires — inside appliances, inside cabinets, fixtures, floors and edges. If your lease or management company has a specific checklist, send it to us with your quote request and we will go through it point by point.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Move dates cluster at the end of the month across Chicagoland, and those slots fill first. Call (312) 818-9950 as soon as you know your date.
Do you clean carpets?
We vacuum carpets thoroughly as part of the clean. Hot-water extraction or shampooing is a separate specialty service — ask us when you request your quote and we will tell you what we can cover.
Can you clean the garage or basement too?
Often, yes. Sweep-outs, shelving and utility areas can be added — just include them when you describe the property so they are in the quote rather than a surprise on the day.
