Counters cleared and polished, cabinet fronts degreased, stainless buffed dry so it holds no streaks, island and stools reset. 
Backsplash and grout scrubbed, sink and faucet descaled, appliance exteriors and handles wiped, floor vacuumed then mopped and edged.

Full dusting from the top down, shelving and media units detailed, glass and mirrors cleaned, hard floors vacuumed and mopped throughout. 
Bed made to a hotel standard, nightstands and lamps wiped, headboard and upholstery vacuumed, floors done under the bed line. 
Surfaces dusted and wiped, window glass and sills cleaned, carpet vacuumed to the edges rather than just the middle.

Post-construction work: top-down dust removal, repeat passes as airborne dust settles, residue and adhesive off fixtures and glass.
