How we approach it
Scope agreed before we start
Commercial work starts with a walkthrough. We look at the space, agree a scope and frequency, and put it in writing so your office manager has a document rather than an understanding. If your building or insurer requires documentation from vendors, tell us who to send it to.
Have product preferences — unscented, something specific for a stone or wood finish, or something you would rather we never used? Note it in your quote request and we will go through it with you rather than guess.

Quotes are free and specific
Price depends on the size of the space, its current condition and how often you want us. We do not publish rates we have not measured against your space — tell us about it and we will give you a real number.

Do you clean outside of business hours?
Yes — evenings, early mornings and weekends are standard for commercial accounts. We set the window with you so the work never overlaps your day.
How often should an office be cleaned?
It depends on headcount and foot traffic. A small professional suite may be fine weekly; a busy office with a shared break room and public restrooms usually wants two to five visits a week. We will recommend a frequency after a walkthrough.
Do you supply restroom consumables?
We restock from your supply as part of each visit. If you would rather we source and manage consumables, raise it during the walkthrough and we will price it separately.
Can you clean after a one-off event?
Yes. One-time cleans after conferences, open houses, office moves and holiday parties are common — call (312) 818-9950 with the date and we will schedule around it.
How do we get a commercial quote?
Send the quote form with your square footage, the number of restrooms and your preferred frequency, or call us. For anything beyond a small suite we will arrange a walkthrough before quoting.
